TERMS AND CONDITIONS: QME MINING EXPO IPAD GIVEAWAY PRIZE DRAW

1. Eligibility: This competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Plantman and its affiliates.

2. Entry Period: The competition begins on 23 July 2024 at 9 AM and ends on 25 July 2024 at 2 PM noon. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

3. How to Enter: To enter the competition, participants must provide contact details by scanning the QR code via a landing page for the QME Mining Expo iPad Giveaway. Only one entry per person is allowed.

4. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries before the end of the show. The winner will be contacted via email or phone.

5. Prize: The prize is one iPad with approx retail value of $1000. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative product.

6. Winner Verification: The selected winner must respond to the winner notification within 7 days. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in disqualification, and a new winner will be chosen.

7. Privacy: Any personal data provided by participants will be used solely by Plantman Equipment Pty Ltd.

8. Publicity: By entering this competition, participants agree to Plantman’s use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions: Plantman reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues or fraud. By participating in the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and all decisions made by Plantman are final.

10. Governing Law: This competition is governed by the laws of Australia and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
