Engineered for intensive-duty industrial environments, this heavy-duty hose reel is built to endure continuous use and harsh operating conditions. Its rugged steel construction delivers exceptional durability, while the fatigue-resistant steel spring provides years of reliable performance with consistent tension and even load distribution during hose extension and retraction.
A full-port shaft and swivel system ensures unrestricted fluid flow, maximising efficiency and reducing pressure loss. The spool is mounted on dual, permanently lubricated and sealed ball bearings, minimising torque load on the spring for smoother retraction, reduced wear, and a longer service life.
The large radial latching area allows for effortless operation, while the adjustable hose guide arm can be configured in multiple positions to suit wall, ceiling, or floor mounting. Its compact, narrow footprint enables efficient installation of multiple reels within limited space, ideal for busy service bays and industrial workshops.
Each reel includes a 0.8-metre inlet hose and comes equipped with a 15-metre, 1/2-inch hose designed for lubricant oil applications, ensuring safe, clean, and reliable hose management in demanding conditions.
