Job Overview

Experience : At least 2 years +

Your responsibilities will include:

Assist capturing new contacts, leads and creation of rental quotations.
Generating and maintaining rental agreements and contract folders.
Uploading of photographs for recording machine condition.
Maintaining customer insurance certificates.
Maintaining valid rental purchase orders for rental agreements.
Requesting end of month equipment meter readings from customers.
Generating end of month rental invoices

What you’ll need to succeed:

Proven experience in similar role
Knowledge of machinery terminology is desirable
Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office 365 products
Proven communication skills, both written and verbal
