IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM PLANTMAN EQUIPMENT

At Plantman Equipment we value the health and wellbeing of our employees, our clients and other stakeholders.

In response to the current level of risk associated with the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are putting in place a range of preventive measures to help reduce the spread of the virus, to ensure the health and safety of our employees.

We request that you make your staff aware of the current requirements issued by the Government and Australian Health Authorities, and how they relate to all visitors to Plantman Equipment.

We have established subsequent actions for our organisation to follow:

HYGIENE PRACTICES

Upon entering the premises, all employees, visitors & deliveries must maintain high levels of personal hygiene:

· Hand sanitiser must be applied and will be provided upon entering the reception, workshop and all administration areas

· We have directed our Team to avoid shaking hands and limit physical contact with workmates and clients

· We will be working with our cleaners and staff to ensure a higher level of cleanliness, especially across hard contact surfaces

SELF-QUARANTINE

If an employee believes they have been in contact with another who has been infected with the virus, they should self-quarantine until they obtain approval by their healthcare provider.

TRAVEL

If an employee has recently travelled internationally, employees must self-quarantine and contact Management on further direction with leave for 14 days. Before returning to the workplace, employees are required to provide a doctor certicate stating that they are free from the COVID-19 virus.

If an employee believes they could be infected, while selfisolation at home, they should immediately contact their healthcare provider. They should not return to the workplace until they receive permission from their healthcare provider.

VISITORS

Please, all visitors may not enter the organisation and must re-schedule any appointments,

• if they have been overseas in the last 14 days

• if they have had contact with anyone testing positive
with coronavirus

• if they have any of the following symptoms, fever, cough, or shortness of breath.

Plantman is following the guidance of the World Health Organisation. If your employees have encountered any of the above circumstances or have shown symptoms, they should follow these guidelines.

We also appreciate that you communicate and support your employees to please follow the Australian Government Health guidelines on preventing the spread of COVID-19.

It is a high priority for us to reduce disruption with our clients and suppliers, as well as the health and wellbeing of the people involved in our business. Plantman remains completely operational, and all our work is proceeding as usual.

We are dedicated to continuing to move forward and deliver the highest level of customer service. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation as we manage our business through this dicult time and be assured that we will keep you informed of the situation if issues arise.
