The process of hiring the equipment from Plantman was easy. The prison hired a 24t Excavator, 960G Wheel Loader and a rigid-axle Tip Truck. This equipment was used to conduct training for prisoners so they could gain qualifications for employment on their release. The items that we hired were presented in first-class condition and were delivered as requested and on time. Any down time of the machinery was rectified in a timely manner and conducted on site without any disruption to our task and training. We found the hire process easy with Frank and his staff providing all necessary information. When we run another course I will certainly be seeking assistance from Plantman, and have already recommended Plantman to other internal departments for the hire and purchase of equipment in the future.

Working with Frank to set up a different style of service body was more than helpful and enabled us to get a truck to meet our requirements. Pricing was good and there were no issues when we made changes… the response was excellent. I made multiple requests to have things added and modified from learnings here on-site and these were done to a great standard. The flatbed has been very well received across the MEM department. As expected it was delivered in a clean and ready-to-go condition as promised and all facets of the truck have been put to good use.
