New Heavy-duty chassis-mounted steel, Plantman P9500 compartment service module:

• Heavy Duty Chassis mounted steel 10 (ten) compartment service module
• Left and Right sides of the module to have gullwing doors for parts/filter storage and tooling storage. All are in sealed and enclosed compartments free from weather and dust in line with CATERPILLAR INC lube truck standards.
• Underslung molded tool boxing on both sides with draws and shelving. All are in sealed and enclosed compartments free from weather and dust in line with CATERPILLAR INC lube truck standards.
• Rear-facing reel compartment door. Fully sealed and enclosed free from weather and dust in line with CATERPILLAR INC lube truck standards
• Dispensing Oil tanks are to be filled with HYDAC 10-micron filtration system to meet CATERPILLAR INC Cleanliness targets
• All tanks are to be fitted with Stauff Desiccant Breather with Air and Water removal filtration to meet CATERPILLAR INC Cleanliness targets

Plantman PLC System Specifications:

• Touch Screen readout display screen mounted inside the cab. Removable tablet to take into the field to control the service module
• Digital Tank Levels to be displayed on the Plantman PLC system
• Digital tank dispensing readouts are to be displayed on the Planlman PLC system. This can be used in conjunction with recording all dispensed amounts and sending a report via email and or USB direct to workshop stores for the amount of fluid to be booked out per job. Each individual asset number will form its own report.
• All tanks with overfill protection linked into the Plantman PLC System
